Real Estate Agents’ right-to-Work without being forced to associate.

MiamiListingsService.com

We believe that every Florida licensed real estate agent has the right-to-work in the state of Florida, and to freely exercise the privileges under their license to earn a living while working under a real estate broker. Also, we believe that every agent must have the right, but, must not be “forced” as a condition to work under a broker to pay fees to become a member of a real estate association (e.g., a multistate listing service “MLS” or otherwise). Forced to associate in any form is a contradiction of the right-to-work principle that we stand for, and the fundamental human right that the principle represents.

Further, we believe that the right-to-work means that every agent who works under a broker must not lose their job (be ousted) because they chose not to pay fees to become a member of a real estate association, and instead, seek alternate methods to earn a living.

As “the” advocate for real estate agents we provide many alternative ways to earn a living and the freedom of choice to do so.
