o Our fees are so low that we should ask for donations.
o Pay no MLS fees, E&O Insurance, or desk fees ever again.

o Your license (active or inactive) is transferred immediately to us. If active, it stays active. If inactive, it becomes active.
WHILE ACTIVE WITH US
o You will “not” have to pay MLS fees, E&0 Insurance, or desk fees. Note, if you remain active under your current broker, you “may be forced” to pay for an MLS. This is a big difference between us and other brokers.
o You will have 100% access to our services to set-up your next real estate transaction, including our free public access MLS, our 360° VIRTUAL HOME & DRONE VIDEO SERVICE, our SPEEDY EMAIL BLAST SERVICE, and your own company email address, etc. There are many modern alternative ways to search for properties online for free that have nearly the same information as an MLS.

WHILE ACTIVE WITH US
o Remain active for a year without paying any other fees (e.g., an MLS), have access to 100% of our services to set up your next real estate transaction, and at the end of the year park your license again for another year, if you did not have a real estate transaction. Here, there is no pressure to pay for an MLS, etc. The Park License year starts on the day that you paid the fee.
o During your park license year, “should you have” a real estate transaction, then and only then, you must pay the $250 one time yearly fee. Generally, a transaction means signing a listing agreement, that results in a closing. So, you may have many transactions within the year, and only pay the $250 one time per year.
NOTE: THE $250, ONE-TIME-YEARLY-FEE IS WAIVED FOR REFERRALS.
TRANSACTING REAL ESTATE (We only take 3% of your %, per transaction)
o When you earned a commission from a real estate transaction, we take 3% of your commission. Example: Your commission is $5000. Our commission is 3%. We take $150, you get the rest.
NOTE: THE 3% INCLUDES REFERRALS.
○ IMPORTANT NOTE 1: During the time period that you park your real estate license under our brokerage you understand and agree that YOU are solely responsible to maintain your license in active status with the DBPR (e.g., pay the DBPR its licensure fee and complete the required CLE timely).

After the Pay Pal payment is made we will get confirmation from Pay Pal. We (“Company”) will transfer your Florida real estate license to Company.
