WHAT IS OUR DIRECT AD?
o We prefer Direct Ads. Unless specified otherwise, our Direct Ad (“DA”) means that in exchange for our non-refundable ad fee (published above), we will place your company’s category and corporate name in the Footer of our VOW (Miami-Dade County) for 90 consecutive calendar days. Your DA starts on the day that we published your DA and will automatically terminate at midnight 90 consecutive calendar days later. We will make a good faith effort to provide and maintain a direct link to your company’s URL for the 90 consecutive calendar days. We reserve the right without recourse to terminate your DA.

o Our DA method excludes the middleman and their commission fee (ad networks, ad exchanges, and affiliate networks) and allows us to make direct contact with you. You will not have to bid or auction for your ad space. Most advertisers focus on clicks, impressions, conversions, or views (for video ads). With our DA you will not have headaches to keep track of or pay for click rates, and conversion rates, etc.
o It’s simple, a visitor (real estate broker/agent or the public) searching for real estate online lands on our VOW, sees your ad and clicks to your website.
o Furthermore, we may set a reasonable fee for your ad that better fits your budget, and time period in which your ad remains on our VOW. We do not condone advertisement schemes where the company with the most money wins the bid for ad space (can out-bid) and gains an inordinate amount of control over ad space that stifles other companies to become financially strapped because it lost the bid to advertise in the same space. We believe in the fair shake for all businesses.
